Terms and Conditions

Rental Rates:

Rental rates are based on a 8-hour work day, 40-hour 5-day week, and 160-hour

4-week month, 28 days total for a month. The hour meter will determine

additional charge.

Additional Charges:

Equipment used for more than 8 hours, but less than 16 hours in any 24 hour

period is subject to a rate of 150% of the normal rate. Equipment used 16 hours

or more in any 24 hour period is subject to a rate of 200% the normal rate.

Wear Factors:

Premium rates or additional charges may be required if rental rquipment wear

factors are excessive due to machine applications or materials.

Clean-up Charges:

Clean-up charges and any damages beyond normal wear and usage will be

assessed upon return of the equipment.

Delivery Charges:

Rental rates are F.O.B. CRC rental facility. Delivery and pick-charges will apply.

Rentals begin and end at the CRC Rental facility. Days not used, or days not

needed are still on rent.

Insurance:

Customer must provide acceptable insurance certificats for leased and rented

equipment (floater policy) for the value of the equipment rented or leased.

Customer must provide insurance against all risks, including a mimimum of

$500,000 liability coverage for Lessor (additional insured). A 14% non insurance

fee will be charged on rentals unless required insurance certificates are

provided prior to renting or leasing the equipment.

Sales Tax:

California State sales tax will be added to all rental charges.

Trucking:

Trucking is charged by the hour. Out of area trucking, stand-by time, traffic

and moving of already rented equipment to a new location is by-the-hour hauling.

Rate Changes:

Rental rates are effective 1 Jan 2007 and are subject to change without notice.

Customer Responsibility:

Customer is responsible for all damages, including flat tires, cuts to tires, or

any wear and tear to equipment beyond normal use. The equipment must be

returned in the same reasonable condition as it was received, or charges for

repairs and clean-up will apply. Please see the front and back of the rental
